How to be Creative with Wedding Invitations

How will your wedding invitations look when a loved one or friend receives it in the mail?  This is one of the many things to keep in mind when you are choosing a wedding invitation.  Many people want to make their invitation stand out from the rest of the mail their friends and loved ones receive every day.

Size and Shape
There are many different sizes and shapes of wedding invitations.  Many couples choose small square invitations only to find later that it costs more to send.  Instead, a tea-length invitation, that is an invitation roughly the size of a business envelope, may something to consider if you are on a tight budget.

Foils
Many people put a foil trim on the wedding invitation, but how about the envelope?  A foil-lined envelope is usually something you can add to your invitation for no extra cost and adds a classy touch.

Seal-n-Send wedding invitations
Many couples who want to go green are using the new Seal-n-Send wedding invitations.  No envelope is needed for the invitation because it is an all in one self mailing piece.  Attached to the invitation is a response post card.  This is a good choice for couples on a tight budget because the invitation only needs a regular stamp to send it, and the RSVP is sent with a post card stamp.

Paper Type
Understand also that the look and feel of the paper the wedding invitations and envelopes are made from can do a lot to alter their appearance.  Many papers are available to print your wedding invitations on and the envelopes are usually made from comparable materials.  One of the new favorite choices is recycled paper, and there are many choices available that look very similiar to virgin paper stock.

There are so many things to do to put on a wedding, but choosing the wedding invitations can actually be fun.  Couples today can really show off their personalities with all the wedding invitation choices available.
